Registration will not be accepted unless the following agreement has been signed by all convention attendees:

  1. I will abide by the rules set forth by Renaissance-Toronto Airport and will be held financially responsible for the removal or destruction of property.
  2. I will not hold MAG responsible for any loss or damage to my property.
  3. I release MAG and/or assignees from any and all liability.
  4. I permit MAG to use my pictures and video images for advertising and publicity purposes.
  5. I am not signed with an agent other than my mother agency.

For contestants only: A $150.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your placement. Balance of registration is due no later than January 15, 2008. After January 15th, a $50.00 late fee will be charged.
