Modelling Auditions
- Runway
- Directions
- Each model will appear once on a T-shaped runway
- Models will enter the runway at the top of the T, walk its length, then return to the top of the T and exit
- Rules
- Models ages 4-12 will wear an outfit of their choice
- Models ages 13 and over will wear a body conscious outfit in black or white or a combination of both
- Model's Interview with Agents
- Directions
- Bring comp cards or portfolio
- Each model will have the opportunity to talk to the agents, and to decide if they are ready at this time to be represented nationally or internationally
Acting Auditions
- T.V. Script (Cold Reading)
- Directions
- The actor will receive a script (T.V. side) 30 minutes prior to reading.
- A reader (experienced actor) will be present to read opposite the actor
- Improv
- Directions
- The actor will have the opportunity to do a 30 second improvisation, both live and on camera for the judges. Several situations will be posted prior to the audition. MAG will pick one situation, and the actor will have 20 seconds to prepare for this event.
- T.V. Commercial
- Directions
- The actor will present a 30 second commercial of their choice, both live and on camera for the judges
- Only props that can be carried on easily will be permitted. Basic set accessories will be provided. (e.g. table and chair)
- Actors' Interviews with Agents
- Directions
- Actors will take part in a brief interview and will show the agents one 8x10 black and white photograph along with a resume at a designated area
